Who is responsible

EGO CRIATIVO LTDA, trading as Ego Criativo, Tecnologia, Comunicação e Eventos, Brazilian company registration CNPJ 11.648.734/0001-06, is the controller of the data processed to handle requests sent to the agency.

Data and purposes

The contact form asks for your name, e-mail, company (optional), the goal of your contact and a message (optional). When you click “Send message”, these fields travel over a secure connection to a site function hosted on Vercel, which forwards them by e-mail to Ego Criativo through the Brevo service. The site does not store these fields in a database, cookies or local storage.

If you choose “I prefer WhatsApp”, the fields are used in your browser to put together a message and open WhatsApp. You review the message and decide whether to send it. If you do, the agency will also see your phone number, available profile information and the content shared on WhatsApp.

This data is used to reply, understand your needs and prepare a diagnosis or proposal at your request. For these preliminary steps related to a possible contract, the legal basis is article 7, V, of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). If a contract is signed, the necessary data may also be processed to perform it, comply with legal obligations (article 7, II) and exercise rights (article 7, VI).

Please avoid sending personal documents or sensitive information in your first contact.

Talent pool

The form on the Careers page asks for your name, e-mail, city and skills, and optionally accepts WhatsApp, experience level, preferred way of working, a portfolio link, a PDF résumé and a short introduction. This data travels over a secure connection to a site function hosted on Vercel, which e-mails it to Ego Criativo through Brevo and, when configured, adds the e-mail to a Brevo contact list.

The purpose is to review profiles and get in touch when a matching project comes up. The legal basis is consent (article 7, I, of Brazil's LGPD), given by checking the authorization box. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contato@egocriativo.com.br.

Profiles are kept for up to 24 months from submission, or until you ask for deletion, whichever comes first. Submitting a profile creates no employment relationship, hiring promise or selection process.

Please do not include personal documents or sensitive data, such as health, religion or political opinion, in your résumé or introduction.

WhatsApp and other services

E-mail delivery uses Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), a processor engaged to deliver the message to the agency's inbox, and Vercel, which hosts the site and the sending function. These services may process data in other countries under their own terms and international transfer mechanisms. See the Brevo Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp is a third-party service, part of the Meta group, used when you choose to start a conversation there. See the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

Links to other websites, such as the Facebook page, LinkedIn and the agency's projects, lead to environments with their own privacy policies.

The hosting provider may process technical data needed to deliver pages and keep them secure, such as IP address, date and time of access, browser and requested address.

Cookies and browsing

This site does not set cookies, does not track visitors and does not use audience analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social media content. Fonts, icons, images and other visual resources are loaded from the site itself.

If you use the accessibility panel, your choices (text size, contrast, grayscale, light background, underlined links and readable font) are saved in your browser's local storage only to keep the preference across pages. This record does not identify you, is not sent to the agency and can be cleared with the “Reset all” button or in your browser settings.

Because there are no optional cookies, there is no accept or reject choice to record. When you open WhatsApp or another external website, that service's cookie practices apply.

If tools requiring consent are added, this policy must be updated and the choice must be offered before those tools are enabled.

Data retention

Messages received by e-mail or WhatsApp stay in those channels for as long as needed for the service and the contractual relationship, considering legal obligations and the exercise of rights. Brevo's technical sending log follows that service's own retention period.

You can ask for information about the retention of your data and its deletion when applicable. Deletion may be limited where there is a legal obligation or another retention basis under the LGPD.

Your rights

Under the LGPD and depending on the applicable legal basis, you may request:

• Confirmation of processing and access to your data.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the law.
• Portability, subject to applicable regulations, and information about data sharing.
• Deletion of data processed based on consent, except where the law allows retention.
• Information about the possibility of not consenting and its consequences, and withdrawal of consent when that is the legal basis.
• Objection to processing carried out without consent in case of non-compliance with the LGPD.

Send your request to contato@egocriativo.com.br, preferably with the subject “LGPD request”. Describe your request and the channel you used to contact us. We may need to confirm your identity, using only the data necessary to prevent unauthorized access.

You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

This policy describes the features of this version of the site. Changes to contact channels or technologies must be reflected on this page, with the date above updated.
